DRC Capital LLP was formed in 2012 by Partners Dale Lattanzio, Rob Clayton and Cyrus Korat, as an independent investment adviser focusing on the real estate debt sector in Europe.
The DRC team is a leading provider of mezzanine debt and in 2008 pioneered the emergence of investment vehicles dedicated to real estate debt investing in Europe. With more than fifty years of real estate and debt experience the investment team provides investment advisory and asset management services for the £300m European Real Estate Debt Fund LP and Duet Real Estate Finance Ltd (DREF:LN), a London Stock Exchange listed investment company that raised £76m in 2011.
Through these vehicles the team has advised on discretionary debt capital available for acquisition or the refinancing of Western European commercial real estate.
