European Real Estate Debt Fund II (ERED II)
ERED II achieved its final close in Spring 2014 with total commitments in excess of £487m, surpassing its target fund size of £400m.
The Fund is DRC Capital’s second European commercial real estate debt fund and pursues a similar strategy to the successful ERED I. It is currently investing.
The fund targets a Gross IRR of 12-14% and annualized cash income of 9% per annum.
