Prior to Duet, Rob was Director of Structured Finance at the Topland Group of Companies, CIT Group PLC, Glaven Investments Ltd, and the Industrial Bank of Japan Ltd. Rob has a BA Hons Degree in Economic and Social Studies from the University of East Anglia and is a Fellow of the Securities Institute.

Prior to Duet, Cyrus was a Managing Director Merrill Lynch & Co, and at Citibank/Salomon Smith Barney. Cyrus holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University.
