European Real Estate Debt Fund IV (ERED IV)
DRC Capital successfully raised its fourth European commercial real estate debt fund in 2019, with total commitments of £280m raised to date against its target fund size of £500m.
The Fund reflects a continuation of DRC Capital’s High Yield real estate lending strategy and builds on the existing origination strength of the prior funds in the platform.
ERED IV has already invested in 2 transactions to date, with a strong pipeline of investments anticipated to see the Fund up to 50% invested by the end of Q2 2021.
The fund targets a Gross IRR of 11-13% and annualized cash income of 8% per annum.
